Our dimmable switches and receivers were delivered very quickly, but some of them are not compatible with our lights, which hummed when dimmed or stopped working altogether. The very friendly customer service dealt with our problem professionally. Within a day we were loaned a non-dimmable receiver so that we had light at the dining table until a solution was found. After a bit of trial and error, we now know that our 20-year-old dining table light will always hum when dimmed because it is not compatible with the receivers. So we will probably replace the light. Thank you for the patient, pragmatic and really friendly support.

The switches I ordered arrived after 2 days. They were installed in the desired location in the apartment and then programmed. No problems even for a layman, I would have imagined the installation to be more complicated. In terms of the material, I have to say they are of higher quality than my flush-mounted switches, the feel is impeccable. A very good purchase that exceeded my expectations in every respect.
