Provided that you have given explicit consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, the provider also carries out statistical evaluations of the success of newsletter campaigns using web beacons or tracking pixels in the sent emails to measure open rates and specific interactions with the newsletter content. End device information (e.g., time of access, IP address, browser type, and operating system) may also be collected and analyzed but not merged with other data sets. You can revoke your consent to newsletter tracking at any time with effect for the future.

  1. Web Analytics Services
    9.1 Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which allows for the analysis of your use of our website.

By default, no cookies are used by Google Analytics 4 when you visit the website, unless you explicitly consent to cookies. Instead, information about your user behavior is collected and processed through "pings" (small data packets sent to the host of an end device). This information includes your IP address, which is shortened by Google to exclude direct personal identification.

The information is transmitted to and processed on Google's servers, including possible transfers to Google LLC, based in the USA.

Google uses the collected information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for us, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is anonymized and not combined with other Google data. Data collected through Google Analytics 4 is stored for two months and then deleted.

All the described processing, including data transfer via "pings" and the possible use of Google Analytics cookies, only takes place if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to our site. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by disabling the service via the "cookie-consent tool" provided on the website.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google to ensure the protection of our website visitors' data and prevent unauthorized sharing with third parties.

11.2 Google Maps

This website uses an online map service from the following provider: Google Maps (API) by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).

Google Maps is a web service that displays interactive (land) maps to visually represent geographic information. Through the use of this service, our location will be displayed to you, and any potential route will be made easier to navigate.

As soon as you access the subpages where the Google Maps map is embedded, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers and stored there. This may involve transmission to Google LLC servers in the USA. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether a user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want this data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them.

The collection, storage, and evaluation are carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR based on Google's legitimate interest in displaying personalized advertising, market research, and/or the demand-oriented design of Google websites. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, which you must address to Google to exercise. If you do not agree with the future transmission of your data to Google in connection with the use of Google Maps, you also have the option of disabling the Google Maps web service entirely by deactivating the JavaScript application in your browser. In that case, Google Maps and the map display on this website cannot be used.

Where legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect. To exercise your revocation, please follow the procedure outlined above for raising an objection.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

11.3 Google reCAPTCHA

We use the CAPTCHA service from the following provider on this website: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.

Data may also be transmitted to: Google LLC, USA. For the visual design of the CAPTCHA window, the provider uses "Google Fonts," i.e., fonts loaded from Google via the internet. No further information beyond what is already transmitted through the functionality of reCAPTCHA is processed in this case.

The service checks whether an input is made by a natural person or abusively by automated, machine processing. It helps block spam, DDoS attacks, and similar automated malicious access. To ensure that an action is performed by a human and not an automated bot, the provider collects the IP address of the device used, recognition data of the browser and operating system type, as well as the date and duration of the visit, and transmits this information for analysis to the provider's servers.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in determining individual responsibility on the internet and preventing misuse and spam in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our website visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

If you provide your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, we will transmit your email address to Google. You will then receive an email from Google Customer Reviews asking you to rate your purchase experience on our website. Your review will then be aggregated with our other reviews and displayed in our Google Customer Reviews logo as well as in our Merchant Center dashboard. Additionally, your review will be used for Google Seller Ratings. In the course of using Google Customer Reviews, personal data may also be transmitted to Google LLC servers in the USA.

You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying the data controller or Google.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring compliance with European data protection standards based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

In this case, Microsoft processes personal data as a data processor on behalf of the data controller in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and has contractually committed to us to protect this data in compliance with legal requirements.

This website uses a "cookie consent tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "cookie consent tool" is displayed to users upon visiting the website in the form of an interactive interface, where consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking checkboxes. Only if the respective user grants consent will these cookies be loaded on their device.

The tool sets technically necessary cookies to store your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed in this process.

If personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for storage, assignment, or logging of cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in a lawful, user-specific, and user-friendly cookie consent management system and the lawful design of our website.

The further legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. We are legally obligated to base the use of non-essential cookies on the respective user consent.

Where necessary, we have entered into a data processing agreement with the provider to ensure the protection of our website visitors' data and prevent unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
