Refund policy
A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as outlined below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activities.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BURA Sales UG (limited liability), Am Sportplatz 6, 97262 Hausen bei Würzburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 881 399 890 19, Email: service@kinetic-switch.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General Information
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
- Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
- Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
