History

Our journey began in 2017 when we entered the German market under the Codalux brand. Based in Rostock and led by our managing director Sascha Schiementz, we set out to enrich the electrical industry with high-quality products powered by kinetic energy.

In 2020, we reached a significant milestone: we relaunched our brand and from then on operated as kinetic-switch, turning the brand into our company name.

The year 2024 marked another major development in our history: we expanded our management team by adding Tim Bornhausen to support our growth objectives and further expand our market presence. Today, we are proud to distribute our products across Europe and serve customers in various countries.

Our Leaders

Sascha Schiementz brings years of experience from the electrical wholesale industry. His expertise in the field, along with his successful management of various online shops and online marketing projects, makes him an indispensable part of our company. With his deep understanding of our customers' needs, he continually drives kinetic-switch forward.

Tim Bornhausen complements our team with over a decade of experience in sales and management, gained in the IT industry. His skills and strategic thinking are crucial to the ongoing development and growth of our company.
